Music
I have been playing various musical instruments since I was in elementary school. From handbells to school choirs, private lessons, and conservatories, I always found a way to stay involved. I am currently studying Sonic Arts and Music Production at Portland State University, and produce and write in my free time.
My current focus is on using music to explore how space informs art. Using samples from the space around me and the media I am inspired by, my goal is to create a body of recorded work for my senior thesis. It will explore how Portland has influenced my life, relationships, and the communities I am apart of.
For the two years, I have been making monthly playlists to keep track of my ever-growing music taste. Follow my Spotify to stay updated on the latest taste breaking tracks I find every month.
Podcasting
I started freelance podcast editing in June of 2019 and have since worked on two projects: Take Some Molly and Situational Significance.
My role for Take Some Molly included sourcing equipment, training the podcaster on its use, editing out unwanted sections, and basic audio processing. I also wrote and produced the theme song.
My role for Situational Significance includes editing pre-recorded audio interviews, editing unwanted content from full episodes, and audio processing to create consistency between episodes.

Journalism
I started my own blog in April 2019 covering shows in the Portland Metropolitan Area. I have since been featured as a guest writer on B Side Live Music. I am currently acting as a contributor for the Arts and Culture section of the Portland State Vanguard, covering music and cultural events. Check out a selection of my work below.
Videos
I create video content in my free time and am currently producing a series of video interviews for my role as Portland State's Student Media Marketing Manager. I am proficient in iMovie and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Photography
While never having any formal training in photography, besides basic information learned in digital media classes, I have an appreciation for eye-pleasing images and am looking forward to developing my photography in the future.
